DLC xbox/ps3

So...after coming from ps3, to getting an xbox now, we got the 1st dlc drop on xbox and i was fine with that, months later realizing that ps3 had just gotten the dlc...

i think it's stupid that ps3 gets the dlc so much later than xbox...yeah people argue that xbox is better than ps3 and vice versa, but i think it's wrong that both consoles don't get the same dlc drop at the same time.

 

it's because Microsoft PAYS activison an undisclosed amount of money to get it early. (probably a few hundred thousand) It's a smart move on microsoft's part, all the COD fanboys will sit there and say:

"oh ok so if i get an xbox and xbox live, i can get my not-waste-of-money map packs even faster!"

They have a contract which lets them get it before sony. I myself own a ps3 and I never buy map packs so it doesn't effect me, but I see your point.

 

I still think it's wrong that it happens, there is nothing special about gaming on the xbox or ps3, so idk....i really think sony needs to do something to get it early
