Runescape Account Please Help

I believed i have been keylogged because when I logged off my account I saw someone else logged in and went on my acc. They logged off and I went back in and they were trying to remove my bank pin. But they couldnt get my cash and items and I transferred it to my friends account. I tried to change password but Im not getting it to my email. Anyway to figure out what its registered to? i emailed Jagex.

 

Do a recover process? If you know your creation password etc, you'll will surely get back the account. As most of the time, Jagex will need your creation password to determine you're the original owner.

I just tried a recovery and it said it sent the information on how to recover it to my email but I never received an email. Im using AOL. what should I do? I know its registered to my email.

 

Is it in your junk folder?

 

You can also go onto the forums and I believe there is a process to recover your account manually.
