Looking To Start Selling RS 2007 Gold, Need Help!

    Hey guys,

I'm looking at starting to sell RS 2007 gold in exchange for real money (1M/$16). As I'm new to these forums, I was wondering how I could begin selling gold and gain a reputable amount of trust. Obviously, people may be sceptical of perhaps buying from me because I have no current reputation on this forums so I was wondering what suggestions you may about me starting my trading?

    Thanks!

People would likely be skeptical of going first due to low/no reputation, but reputation is something you have to build gradually. Try and get some vouches by selling goods to trusted members or use middlemen in trades.

You must be aware at all times on who u are trading. If they seem at all fishy DO NOT trade with them. Always ask for a Pm when adding skype/msn. Also using a MM is a good safe way to secure trades.

Thanks for the advice. Really appreciate it! Just one question, should I wait for the payment before I give over the gold or the other way around?

Go first, to people with 50+ vouches or use a middleman to get 2 vouches in 1 trade. Or offer better rates than the trusted guys.

I'm also a starter with selling gold but you always need to let the other party pay first if you're selling. And using a middleman will give you more reputation so if you use that the first couple of times and when you gained some rep you can do it on your own. Invest some and get more after.

Go first to trusted people or use a MM if you want to get started with vouches I would say use a MM x 2 vouches all so selling a bundle of like 50k gold for 1.00 or so (Not sure on prices) But something like that sell it a bit cheaper the the price to "Farm vouches" Lol

If it were easy to get reputation, everyone would have it.. Obviously these things come in moderation, dedication, and hard work.

A few tips to get you started.
    • ALWAYS NO MATTER WHAT use a OMM, it will be expensive as you will have to pay the fee's, however this is the best way to guarantee you the best trades available.
    • It sucks, but an easier way to get trades is taking a bit of profit away and selling cheaper.
    • Abide by the rules, and never make any exceptions.
