iLOL help (LOL for macs)

I used to be able to play LoL fine but then I stopped playing for a few weeks and now when I open the client it just keeps "loading client" forever.... Any advice?

 

Works fine for me, can you provide some screenshots?

Haha, iLoL actually updated much past 1.1. But instead of using iLoL, I recommend using Riot's official Mac Beta client It released recently, here's a link: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/news/mac-open-beta-here.

Thanks ya'll.. Yeah, i hadn't played in a loonnggg time.

 

That was the issue then, just needed redownloading/updated

 

So i got the mac beta client... But the problem is that it takes SOOO long for a game to load. I don't know if it's my computer or what.. It like switches to another client and all this weird stuff... Idk if ya'll know what im talking about.

Define slowly? How long does it take to reach 100% and get in game?

Do you get out of the base the same time as the other players?

 

Mine takes just as long, if not quicker than most that I queue up with so it might be something with your computer, and not the client.

 

Both players get to 100% loaded before I reach about 20%. I feel bad because the game doesn't start until I am loaded. It takes about 3-4 minutes for a game to load.

 

Maybe it's your computer?

 

No ive noticed this too on my mac. Heres what I did... I used bootcamp to dualboot windows 7 on my macbook. Its faster and theres no graphic bugs!
