Scammed by "Rskingp".

Briefly explain the trade: The trade was me selling him 1,000,000 RSGP in 2007, he offered at first $30 and then went down to $20 and I was ok with that, afterwards he went and attempted to say that I never paid him along with him deleting me from Skype and not receiving the payment.

How they scammed: Never sent the payment however showed proof they were indeed them.

What time in the video does it show the user's msn: Never recieved the email.

What time in the video it shows you giving the account/money/items: Proof is offered at; 4:30 along with pictures at bottom

It seems that you have been scammed by an imposter. The IP that the Skype belongs to links to another sythe.org user, Justin 12, who I have now banned. The user claimed to be you when talking to the real rskingp, and probably took the same information you used to verify, to prove that he was rskingp to you. In the future, it is suggested that you use & request the following format when PMing traders:
