Hey i quit rs today and wanted to sell my gold and acc for some beer money, i was a newb and tryed to sell my gold with no middle man and lost all of it because they didnt pay me through paypal, next i try to sell my acc and this time be smart use a middle man, Oblivionrage mod with 300+vouches tell me he will be middle man then scams my acc GF like 300dollars

all i wanted was some beer ive lost faith in humanity:'(

You were most likely scammed by an impostor.

 

Never heard of a mod called Oblivionrage. Do you have a PM from him, confirming it was him you were talking to? If you have proof of the scam, post it in the Report a Scammer section.

Oblivion rage is a gold seller, you must have been done by an imposter, make ute you have all Skype conversations recorded any PMs from the members and make sure to include their Skype username, and report them in the scammer section. Best of luck

if it was him, you can report it, and he would have to repay if he wants to keep using the site.

 

You've got to understand, if it was the real oblivion and not an imposter, he will repay you if he wants to stay on this website. File a report with all necessary evidence according to the guidelines.

 

Sucks man, but yeah I think you should at least provide their information to make sure the rest of the community stays safe.

 

I'm really sorry to see you were scammed . To clear anything up, Oblivionrage was not a moderator and has never been one on this website. I'm not sure about his vouch-count, but regardless, he's been banned for scamming another user.
