Selling Empty Guild Wars 2 Account

Hey guys,
I'm selling a GW2 account that is empty - it might have a few low level characters attached, but you can delete those. If you're a trader/buyer with a solid history, I'll send you the account before receiving payment myself; otherwise we use a MM or you go first. I'm looking for around $25-30, and will happily receive the payment via PayPal or Bank Transfer (if in EU). Thanks!
