Learning more AP mids

Suggest more mid champs for me to learn?

Anivia = Seems a little hard to farm due to her slow projectile speed.

Kha'zix isn't an AP mid mate

Rumble hmm.... I've always wanted to try Rumble, since he seems to snowball hard if he's got a few kills early game. I'll check him out, thanks bro!

Talon = Not an AP.

I've thought about Fizz really hard, I'm going to try him when he's free and see what I think before I buy it.

You could also try Orianna or Karthus.
Both have great ultimates to help in the teamfight.
About builds... I didn't play much in this new meta, and as I've seen people are rushing tear of the goddess now and then that new archangels staff. It might be good but I guess that rushing rod of ages is way better because it gives you some boost of hp. Also, if you're playing as karthus you need zhonya as soon as possible so then you'll be able to flash in the middle of teamfight, turn on your E skill and just stay there, die and use your ultimate.

 

Orianna is on my list. I actually do play Karthus pretty well, but I somehow forgot to include him on my list. I'm one of those people that rush Tear of Goddess, due to the fact that I find Karthus has mana problems lol. I dislike getting RoA, since it doesn't seem to be good for late game and I find Seraph's Embrace is just beast, due to the mana boost. I do get Zhonya's quite early, though, and it certainly saved me from a lot of CC lol. Karthus's passive is just badass
What AP mids do you play?

 

I used to play Karthus, Orianna, Gragas, Katarina, Lux, Twisted Fate and Ahri.
But I also liked to play mid Riven, Jax or Irelia

 

Twisted Fate? D: I don't really enjoy TF mid, since he seems to get countered by a lot of heroes lol. He excels at ganking, though, due to his ult.
Mid Irelia is so badass. She can dodge skillshots quite easily, with her dash and can outfarm a lot of AP mids Bruiser mids are awesome

 

Well, decent Twisted Fate isn't so easy to counter, he doesn't have to use autoattack, he can just use his skills because he can recover his mana by his W skill though.
And yeah, his ganking ability gives him good advantage in early/mid game.
He's also good at split pushing.

 

AP Kayle mid!

She already did but she's still strong if you play her well

 

Ryze and Twisted Fate.

Ryze is a good burst champion who is recommended - I feel him extremely easy to play, and when you get to late game he's amazing. I've seen people 1v5 whole teams before.

Twisted Fate is a nice utility champion. He has a q poke which does decent damage, a stun, a slow, and a mana replenish card(s). Also, his ult is great for roaming, and I feel after you get used to him he is a great champion.

 

LeBlanc is very good if your targeting is good.
