    I think the only way is to go to that place near god wars (wheres snowing) and all of your stats will get lowered.

    You can go to Slayer Tower, and let Banshee's attack you, and it will lower all your stats (including Agility)

    So you can get mad xp while you have low agility, that's why he is doing it. The snowy area near GWD is the best that I know, or just attack something that lowers your stats.
