This guy personally scammed me 2b from the powerbot forums, he was shortly banned afterwards.

Why you think they are ban evading: Scammed be 2b on another website, now he is here trying to scam more people.

 

The user you provided for the banned member is neither banned nor on this site. You need to prove that they are the same person and that the one on Powerbot scammed.
