Why not? Also sin my lad, add some more details, does it run off runescape ingame or the website? How does it get names etc.

 

Uses the SMART window to get the name you want.
Can run on multiple accounts etc

 

It isn't allowed because selling sniped names is against the rules and is considered scamming. In the process of selling a sniped name, you have to snipe it which is the scamming part.

 

I was under the assumption that 'selling' sniped names was a bannable offence, not the sales of a name sniper.

Name snipers aren't allowed, but name checkers are. Hope that clears everything up
