Looking for 4dig with OG email (and PoP if avail)

- Must be league clean and not VAC banned obviously
- MANDATORY OG email
- PoP is a plus (will up the price on my end)
- will pay up to $100 depending on how low the digit is, amongst other stuff (y/n PoP.. will affect if the price rises or not)

- Must be verified

- MUST take paypal. I see too many people getting screwed now, and I've had plenty of scammers already try to get me while searching for 3+ months now.

I prefer a 4dig 0:0:1xxx - 0:0:3xxx. Don't care if 0:0 or 0:1.
That being said, I will take whatever 4digs you have into consideration.

Please have previous vouches/be a reputable and known seller.
