Any 07 brah's wanna start a dicing clan?

Hey guys, I have about 2m cash pile and instead of going independent hosting, I'd like to try friends chat hosting.

So what I was thinking of was:

-1m giiveaways a week to the person who stays in the clan chat the longest
(Makes our clan chat nice and busy)
-have 2 advertisers around v square at all times (I can handle this with a VPS and my 2 advertising bots)
-have reliable hosts during major hosting periods (E.g. at night, in the morning, after school etc.)

So basically hosts will be restricted to sythe hosts only who helped start the business (unless there wasnt enough of you), then I would just have people pay me to rank up.

There is going to be gambling regardless, the important thing is do you want to be a part of making billions, or just critique it? I know personally I made over $1500 just selling all the gold I earned from dice hosting.

2M Cash Pile isn't going to be enough to start a 'Dicing Clan', let alone one that is going to attract you IRC users to use your bot, the only chance you have is at being a Flower FC, and which you can't compete with anyone with a 2m cash pile and no rep.

Damn haters are stenching up this thread. I for one think this is a good idea. As you said, there is going to be gambling anyways, why not be the one that starts it? The only thing that's going to give u trouble is that your cashpile isn't big enough. 10-20mil would be a good enough cashpile to start one.I was thinking of doing this myself but I was going to wait till 10mil. Owning a hosting clan takes much more time than you would think, also it costs alot if you want to succeed.

 

Don't bother making one of these, jagex is working on removing it from the eoc, nobody wants this kind of shit in 07.

Already have some rep built up due to me hosting with a dds (was a lt general) and most people were trading with me due to the fact that the clan was 1) active and 2) advertised a lot.

If we can keep the friends chat active and advertised it cant fail. And most likely it will be a h/c chat at first then grow to IRC dicing once it gets big enough.

Yes it can work, all I need is a VPS with 2-3 advertisers on at all times, some strong hosts and rep can be built easily.

Remember the game is still growing its very easy for any clan chat to take the reins and become #1, I say we do it now while there isnt a specific clan in charge yet

How are they removing it? There are always ways to gamble, I dont understand what all the hate is about. This is a legitimate way to make a lot of cash, I made about $1500 hosting with Dragon Dyce back in the day, and I believe with a strong business model there could be even more chances for profit.

Brb buy iron ore for 50g, then use an adverting bot to drive the price to 70g and resell. Yeah man definitely not the same thing. Trust me man there are more similarities then you think, I've done both pretty extensively
