Is that okay?

Hello,

I'd like to ask a question about education. Well, I am thinking to be a scientist researcher in the future as my career. I have the main concern is that my English won't be able to reach as researcher's English levels because English is my second languages and considers how terrible English I have.

So, I really want to do a PhD of something related to science and it requires minimum 80 to 90 thousands word. Do you think I'm able to do it with a good English language? Is there any suggestion that I could become a doctorate?

I think i you want to become a doctor that you have drive and that if you took the time you could learn English fluently if it is what you want to do with your life then go for it !

 

Well if English is your second language also called ESL. Basically what you would do to start off is basic English 1301, then go onto English 1302. If you take those 2 classes you will learn basic English. These courses are are also good because it teaches you basic grammar in order to get to a Doctoral English you would need those English courses + some basic speech classes but it also depends on your major some majors do not look at certain English courses or humanities but some do, try taking English 101 and from there see what other advanced English courses you need for your major pm me for more information.
