What's your blood type?

I guess Sythe can keep a running log on it So if one of use gets screwed over, we know who to talk to I guess. I learned mine today and thought about what Sythe's percentages would be on the subject. (A+ here)​

 

I'm B, but I would seriously hope that if you ever needed a blood transfusion you wouldn't have to resort to an online forum but rather your loved ones or friends in real life...but for those who don't such as the OP...

 

Is it bad that I have no idea what blood type I am?
If I ever needed a blood transfer I wouldn't want anybody to give up their blood, I would be fine to take my chances I guess.

 

Well, initially if you got into a car crash for example, they give you O- blood until they figure out what you are because it can be accepted by anyone. (It has to do with the fact is has no unique proteins or sugar chains on it)

 

No idea. I've had surgery 3 times and i've still got no clue.

AB-, I think that's really rare so Im gonna donate blood when I can. On the plus side, I can accept A, B and O blood - so I'm all good!

 

tried to donate some a few weeks ago at a red cross station at my college but apparently I couldn't cause I visited europe in the past year...

Actually, AB+ is the universal receiver. You can receive any negative blood though
