Are you a good roamer? As I was climbing gold my philosophy was to "not give my team a chance to feed."

 

Oh, I roamed alot. Our bot lane was winning before 20mins, GP was like 0/6 though. Their vayne was 0/7 at one point. But teams at this ELO don't understand how to group/position/ward/anything lol. Vayne kills 4 of my team in a row, cause they continue to chase nid around the Jungle while I'm mass pinging stop chasing lol.

I didn't block my name lol. I just have no name.

 

So what is the name people use to add you? and what division are you in?

 

Damn, I had a breeze through that elo. People seemed to know basics once I got up there. Maybe I just got lucky.

 

When I first reached my rut in ranked it was 1800-1900. Was stuck there for about 5-6 months sometimes going up to 2k and sometimes dropping to 1700. My only consolation for bad teams is follow the law of large numbers and rely on your own skill every match. You can't win every match but if you skill is truly above your elo then keep playing ranked. Honestly normals don't do much and don't test your skills so try to play as much ranked as possible. It can be very frustrating and I understand this very well ( I deal with ranked kids every day of my life) but perseverance is truly the only way to improve. If your hardships continue I would be glad to help you free of charge ofc.

Happened to me and I almost quit permanently but I started playing tf and my win percentage has gone way up. When my teams being incredibly dumb (per usual) I will gank every single time my ult is up. We either get a kill or hurt them enough health to go b so my teams lane wont feed. Still, I can't prevent all the losses but my win percentage does increase.

 

Yeah, sometimes your team will feed too much that you can't do shit about it. It's sad but keep playing, you'll get good allies.

Anyway don't tell me you're quitting because of a few bad players?

Because I've encountered thousands of them, there's always at least 4 of them in each game and I'm still powering through it.
