ecto is pretty quick, so not too terribly long.
Dbones are around 1.1k each and big bones I've seen go for around 250-300 each, so if you have the capital, save yourself a ton of trips and do Dragon Bones.

 

Or you could always kill for your own Bones.

 

Kill green/blue dragons. You can get all bones needed in less than a day if you play a good amount.

 

Yeah you shouldn't have any problem gathering those it's fairly quick.
