What do you think about GP mid?

 

GP mid could work as an AD counterpick but is easily outpicked by champs like kha/panth. I would save him for the normal games though if you enjoy taking him mid

(It isn't un-viable)

Also, I think he would be a hilarious counter to Malzahar.

It would work. You could get decent harass off with your shot thingy and I'm pretty sure you could immediately get out of his ult with your oranges.

 

Here is a question: Do you prefer smart-casting or casting yourself? I personally have never understood the point of smart casting. A lot of people have told me to use it and that even the "professionals" use it. But why? Like how is it advantageous over casting a spell myself? :noworry:

 

I really like to use smartcasting because you don't have to click it again and it's an instant cast. However there are some skills like rumble ult that you need to aim good, for those I don't use smartcast. But it's really up to you what you prefer, you should try it out for a week and then decide what you prefer.

 

Ok, I have a question about Shaco:

Should I counter-jungle actively, or just basically go for the ganks as much as possible?

 

I think I play most roles fairly well but I am absolutely terrible at jungling. I always seem to be behind the other jungler even if I get first blood or multiple successful early ganks. My main question is: is it OK to take push your teams lanes and get some cs that way?, because I see enemy junglers doing this all the time but when I try my team really doesn't appreciate it. Are there certain situations where having the jungler push your lane is acceptable?

 

I'd say if there's no option of you ganking, just counter-jungle assuming you have enough health. Also, don't bother going all the way from bot to top for a gank, just clear the bottom side jungle minions, then progress for a gank at top. This is one of the main issues I see junglers doing - running all the way from the other side of the map for a gank without clearing minions.

If your top or whatever isn't in lane, don't just auto attack minions, just last hit them.

This way you're gaining cs and xp, and not pushing the lane like most people do.

 

I really hate it when a jungler does that when the lane is not pushing. Bur when the lane is pushing I love it when junglers push my lane firther so the minions will die under te enemy turret. When your ally his lane is pushing try to freeze it.

 

I see. So push the lane only if the tower is going to deny the creeps for the enemy otherwise freeze it till the laner comes back. Thanks guys

 

I personally cast all of my spells myself. I enjoy seeing the range of the abilities and I dont really find myself impaired at all by not smartcasting. Despite this, I can definitely see that using smartcast could be beneficial in some cases.

I'm not exactly a new player, but I'm wondering if you know of any places to find a team / other players? As I'm sick of getting put with idiots that seem to have no common sense and feed.

I'm no where near new to League, but what is your guys' opinions about Taric Mid/top lane?

 

Better as a support.

 

But his burst+sustain is amazing. I enjoy playing him mid. Taking out the mid in one burst with ult. Team fights he destroys also.
