    Botting practices

I am sorry if there was already a similar thread before.
I am looking to run a couple of couple of private scripts, what are the best common botting practices for multiple bots to avoid bans.
    So far I have:
    Bot on a vps
    make random.dat read only
Bot multiple stats to make the account look like a legit player
    Increase combat

Is it safe to bot on more than one account per vps? Won't jagex automatically ban the accounts once they get flagged and they see they are run at the same time on the same ip?

Is botting on specialized botting VPS safe? I'd imagine there must be lots of incoming accounts playing from that server.

Does jagex even do IP bans?

I'm pretty sure jagex does not do ip-bans for the same reason J.A.G. doesn't work by ip. Its because depending on your ISP, your ip address changes.

For example Player "A" bots, gets an ip-ban.
A few weeks later, when everyone ip gets renewed, Legit Player "B" (who has the same ISP as "A") tries to log in to RS "This IP has been banned for boting".
Meanwhile Player "A" is back to botting on a new account.

Or if I got an ip ban, I could just log in to my modem an request a new ip from my ISP. Boom. Back to botting with a new account/

What about accounts that play always at the same time in the same computer, don't they automatically get linked to each other and if one gets banned then both get banned?

That's not even my preocupation, I worry that they will get banned just because there are 4 accounts on the same computer in the same IP.

Make sure your script does not do repetitive things and make sure it's unique

Don't overdo the botting, take precautions, no repetitive motions and you will be fine.
I believe Jagex won't ban an account linked with the same IP address, as stated above it is too hard for them to maintain this with IP addresses being similar. And if one account is botted on, and the other isn't then they have no reasonable doubt to ban the other account. Of course jagex will look into any linked accounts and monitor them.

    Unique?

I am planning on overdoing it as in having accounts that only bot, like 16hours every day.

Ok, so something like 10 accounts on the same computers is safe?

Like I said, if one account was reported and banned, there is a high possibility Jagex is going to monitor all other accounts linked to that specific IP.. and if they are found botting, they will obviously get banned too.
I'm not entirely sure on how their system works, but I remember botting back in 07 days, hours on end, 1 account, never banned. I guess it's all about luck.. Some people have that tendency to get banned, others simply don't.
