How can a buyer scam you?

New to all this, but if i sell my FUT coins and get the money in my paypal, how can the buyer then scam me by claiming his money back?

I've read on the forum of people doing it, and I just want to make sure it doesnt happen to me!

You can't stop a buyer claiming his money back, that's the thing. Try sell to people with high amount of vouches.

 

I've had multiple chargebacks, and even when you do get them banned, its not worth losing money and having paypal pretty much lock up your account and make you look like a criminal. Its much better finding a more trusted buyer even if they are paying a bit less

 

Can criminal charges be brought against those who claim chargebacks, it is effectively theft?

 

TBH, when people PP you funds over, it says their name on etc... so if they are stupid enough to try and rob me then shame on them.

 

There are a lot of stolen Paypals/fake paypals in use.

 

couldnt you get the buyer to claim and cancel before giving them their money?

 

They might be able to do it. But still, if they have the intention of chargingback, they will and most of the case, buyers will win.
