Im selling a Steam account that I have. My problem is that I dont know how to do this. Ive posted a thread and got some replies, but all of them want me to give them my steam username and password before I receive the money, in order for them to check out if the account is as advertised. Is this normal behavior? Should I give them that info?

 

I don't see any replies on your thread, it gives a high chance of those trying to scam you.
Do not give them password and username for your account.
They prob. don't even have a Sythe user.

 

If you are worried about your account falling into the wrong hands, I highly suggest you use a middle man from the middle man forums. Sharky can also be trusted to MM if he agrees to help you out.

 

Hey, I'm not sure if this post is in the right place, but within the Steam Sales Section would it be appropriate to post a request post, for a specific title that I'd be interested in? Or is there another place for such posts? Thanks!

stupid question:
i actually have to show my steam id and email? wont that get the account locked?
