Here goes... (PIAV)

Right, hi everyone, I am Zach (PIAV).

Today I am disputing the ban which was given to me with NO evidence what so ever. It all stemmed from an account which I sold back in December 2012. I sold it to the user 'BagDICE' for a price of 50M RSGP. Everything went smoothly he vouched and I also vouched. Heeatz MM'ed our trade, and this is how I met him. After a few months of talking and a small multitude of trades such as a castle wars service I did for him and middle manning that Heeatz did for me. I also donated through him and he was extremely helpful, we decided to become partners once 2007 Scape was to be released as we thought we had some great ideas that we could put into action. The reason I am mentioning this is because many people have been boycotting Heeatz due to him being associated with me, due to me being banned. I do understand that this ban was given to me due to caution. But I digress back to the point, BagDICE messaged me a few days after the sale and he said that he would like a refund on the account. I was not willing to do this, but when he stated that he would sell it for 20M less than he bought it, I thought I would jump at the idea as it would be an easy profit... Little did I know it would cause all of this! Anyway, I brought the account back and decided to sell it on again. I sold it for the lowered price of 30M as I observed the market and saw there was very small demand for these types of accounts. I did not make any profit but there was no loss so I was fine by this and learnt a lesson to be more cautious and aware in account sales.

I feel as this is substantial evidence to prove my innocence. If there is ANY other information that anyone would like me to provide I will be more than happy to share this information with you, I have nothing to hide.
If anybody would like to see the FULL chat logs between me and 'BagDICE' from the point of re adding him today that is perfectly fine and I will be able to do that for you. I have already mentioned to many moderators that I do not have any proof of re purchase in the form of screenshots of re purchasing as myself nor BagDICE has this. I do not know the reason for this. Heeatz has it recorded from the point of me adding 'BagDICE' to the point of him agreeing that he had recovered the account and accepting the responsibility of telling the staff this. (Roary)
It took me a while to get this report set up due to BagDICE being a ban evader and for the fact that we both removed each other from Skype a long time ago. Luckily Heeatz was able to find his Skype among his Logs as he middle maned our trade.

I am thankful to all who took the time to read this and observe the information I have provided for you. I really do enjoy Sythe and I feel it would be a great shame to be unable to use this forum again.
