ring of wealth?

im going to be training at fire giants should i buy a ring of wealth? also do you think training there will make me enough to pay for the runes?

 

What I have heard is yes, training at Fire Giants gives you enough to atleast cover the price of your runes.

 

Yeah you should definitely get enough Rune items, etc. to cover your casts.

 

Since it is a one time investment, I can almost 100% say over time it would be worth it to buy one. Even if it just increased your drops by 1% of their value, that makes a difference over days or weeks or months. I wouldn't go broke buying a wealth, but if you don't particularly need the cash right now, it is in your best interest to get one as early as possible.

 

At this early on in the game, your priority should be getting kills faster. If you can, invest in some combat related rings.

 

You would need to get pretty lucky to have your runes paid for by loot from fire giants, I should know - I've trained 3 accounts to 50+ mage and range there. Rune items are rarer than you may think, I do suggest the ring of wealth but you should know that the top smithing ranks are not far from rune scimmys and when that happens the price is going to plummet.

Unless you get really lucky with your drops the casts wont pay for themselves.

 

Fire Giants you should make your money back no issues, I have heard that's where a lot of people are training.

 

Seeing as you get a fair few rune drops etc it should make your money back for the cost of the runes that you use training.

 

use an air staff and bring fire runes for fire strike. should be able to almost level out fire runes from drops from them. just need cash for mind runes. a scim here or there will cover
