Runescape 2007 Luring

Hello there, I used to lure on what is now EOCscape , i did common lure methods but to quite a swell success rate,

I am curious if anyone else who has experience who currently plays 07 would like to add each other on skype to discuss different methods, and perhaps do some luring together at some point.

I personally think that the more common lures won't work that well anymore. The vast majority of players are the older ones and will recognize almost all of them. But I would be interested in luring possibly.

 

Give it some time. Wait maybe a month or two until people get more money and better gear. No point in luring full mithril.
Im personally gonna wait until june.

If people still get lured with the wilderness ditch, then I have no hope, lol.

 

If people still get lured after supposedly all being around during the whole jojo era, (and subsequent 5 years of everyone doing it) I'm done.

 

There is a video of a guy whos lured over 20m so far with jojo lure this week

 

aid on lure and skull trick (still works, and so ez - not the stand on the person and logout bullshit).

I have made over 3m luring so far, it just takes time and effort to do , and due to the fact that not many people know about it , I won't be releasing for another month or two

 

I have a lot of experience luring and I'm very good at coming across as genuine, however I don't get the jojo lure.

How does he even get them to come to the wilderness ditch? I'm more interested in his talking techniques.

Does anyone know his talking techniques?

Also does anyone remember that one lure where there is one random spot (Not Edgevil dungeon) in Runescape that is part of the wilderness. I think it is part of Trollheim or the environment looks similar.

 

up near the path walking near trol place, remember there is a few places you can take your victim make sure got no food or tellys where they can just be pilled by npcs when they die you get there cash stack, easly if 5 min walk to the location.

 

Oh no, this isn't a NPC kill lure, there was an actual spot somewhere that was marked as wilderness (similar to how the Edgevil dungeon is considered wilderness yet it is seperate). These two guys would lead their victim on a string of random events for a "YouTube video" then they would bring their victim a certain spot (that looks like the Trollheim area) and the two of them would quickly kill their victim before he/she can escape.

 

Someone tried to lure me over the weekend. Was wcing west of catherby and a guy came up saying he wanted to buy yews for 390 each. Went to bank, then he's like "oh wait I don't have enough, need to get it from my friend in Brimhaven" and talks me into coming with him to get the gold. We take the charter ship and I stand on the dock and I'm like "go to your buddy, I'll be waiting here"

He's like "what's the point in that? Just come with me"

Yeah.... No... I'm not stupid. He tried though.

 

I am assuming tribesman lure? haha so many people have been trying that lately

 

Luring is considerably more difficult now that there is no clan wars, red portal lures eliminated the need if having your killer be similar combat to the person being lured

 

It's much easier as you can lure them to dangerous npcs and just loot the items because there's no gravestones. For example
lure people into the cave south east of draynor without tinderbox/candle.

 

I've never understood the concept of luring?

How are people so stupid or is it bots?

 

Yes, but they protect 3 items there, where in red/purple portal they are "skulled" if they are killed in there

 

My favorite was taking level 3 merchanters/skillers to edgeville and getting them to spam click nettles near the yew trees.. 1 poison damage per click and if they spam click fast enough, hard enough and dont pay attention it can kill them.
