problem with the new donation center.

    problem with the new donation center.
    i recently donated to the site and since have been trying to access the ,'ranks' 'your perks' 'my donations' etc, only to be met with a constant loading screen. i have tried leaving it for hours, logging in and out countless times and waiting days to see if it was just a temporary problem. however needless to say it hasn't worked and i am still unable to apply my new rank (which i am desperate to!).
    i would be happy for anyone who knows what they are doing to be kind enough to help me?

    thanks for the help. after further research into the the new center, it appears im not the only one experiencing problems. admin matt is also working on it apparently, so i best just be patient :)
