I think this is a very bad decision by the admins. The pictures does not show anything of me recieving the "10k" that he was going to sell me. All he did was meeting me ingame, and then he messaged me his paypal name.

We are here now: He gave me his Paypal, and we stood there still, without trading anything. I said, ok lemme open up Paypal, so I can send the money right away. My internet provider restarted my Internet, and I didn't get back on like 30 minutes after the 'unsuccessful trade'. He then blocked me, and I didn't get a chance to say anything.

Does not show anything about me recieving 10k. He only said his RS name, and then when we met eachother on 07Scape, he gave me his Paypal and I said: ok, lemme open up Paypal so the payment can be sent faster.

I believe he tricked me and you, with the "vouch" trick. He asked if I wanted to get a vouch "after" the trade, but the trade never really happend. So he wanted to disguise his "fail" attempt to ban me, with the vouch trick.
