Best place to get clue scrolls?

A lot of people have been asking me this and I have no idea what the answer is, does anyone know where the best place is to get level 1, 2 and 3 clue scrolls?

Level 1 > Level 2 men/women, Camelot Pub

Level 2 > Level 22 guards in Ardougne Market

Level 3 > Level 122(?) hellhounds in Taverly Dungeon

For level 1 clue, pickpocketing H.A.M members in their hideout will give better chances that killing men/women.

i agree, hellhounds has pretty good rate aswell

 

What quest is required for this, sorry.

 

I'd have to say goblins are another good option. Fast kills i usually got a clue scroll every hour.

 

No quest required to steal from ham members just 15 thieving for female members and 20 for male ham.

 

As said before, pick pocketing hams is great for level 1s, Jellys drop level 3s at a nice rate too.

H.A.M is probably the best for level 1, friend got blue skirt (g) yesterday from level 1 clue.

 

Hellhounds were always my best place to get level 3 clues. The first post is right on the money.

 

I got one at Ham earlier, level 30 theiv took me ~20 mins.

 

Jelly's always used to be the best for level 3's if you had the 55 slayer requirement.

 

Try Minutoars or whatever they are for level 1s.

 

I would advise getting 30-40 thieving before trying H.A.M. members though unless you don't get frustrated easily. I went to them as soon as I got the requirement and when you fail 2 or 3 times they teleport you way outside the H.A.M. hideout which is really annoying. Since the req is so low and thieving levels fast it wouldn't hurt to thieve some cakes from the cake stall in ardougne for an hour or so and you will fail much less.
