Problems with PP refund

So i sold a guy 07 gold yesterday for around 100$ in 5 differend transactions

Now he is trying to refund the money, so its locked.

whats the best i can do to get my money?

First of all gather any evidence of the trade, and post a scam report in the correct section. (Here on sythe.org)

Secondly all you can do is email as much evidence you can to Paypal in an attempt to prove that you were legitimate in your transaction. Explain yourself fully, and just cross your fingers really.

 

you mean he is trying to chargeback? usually if it's an unauthorised claim it's hard to get your money back. Unfortunately Paypal don't look upon virtual trades highly and so the chances of getting your money back via dispute are very slim. All the other party has to do is claim they didn't receive their "package" and you'll be asked for a delivery number, which you obviously don't have.

Usually in these circumstances, the only way you'll be refunded is if you compile a sufficient report and the user wishes to make a high pardon appeal and return to Sythe, where he'll be required to pay the money back first.

 

I would make a report in then report a scammer section if i were you. with all the proof and then just try and fight it.

 

Get proofs like pics and all of that and send the files to paypal they should have an option to where you can post evidence or file for a call from them and get a # AND call them enter the unique # they gave you on the site and the will be prompt to enter a wait then talk to the customer service peeps.

 

You won't win the disputes sadly. Only option at this point is to get the scammer banned, report him under the RASC with the required proof (check the stickies).

I just won a Chargeback Case for 155$ like that I got him to verify all of his information and send it to me in wordpad and also took a screeshop of trade with him saying his IRL name and PP name and shotted it when he chargebacked I instantly posted my proof and within a day the case was closed.

 

Paypal disreguards chargebacks for virtual items. My best suggestion is to provide paypal with as much proof that the sale was for a "virtual item", once proven to be a virtual sale paypal will close the case and notify the buyer of their "virtual goods chargeback poilcy". Hope this helped, in the future make sure the buyer always makes it clear to paypal that the sale is for a virtual item.
