Jagex Guardian: HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

ok so to make this quick i bought a RS account the owner removed Jagex Guardian but for some reason when i try to "Enable" it to set my own questions and what not it keeps asking me the original owners questions to "Enable" or 'Disable" Jag Guard now i can remove Jag but still keeps asking for the original owners Jag info now the original owner did give me the answers it still won't let me add my own jag info i can enable it with my IP address & device but still uses his answers idky so any info will help thanks.

 

You need the original owner to deactivate it.

Email jagex and have them take it off. You will need a lot of details on the account.

its a new update, once jag is on an acc, the questions/answers stay perm and cant be changed
