Has decent overall stats, however not having 99's in dung/herb/summoning hurts the value of an account. Also the fact that RS07 is dropping EOC account prices daily.

I'd imagine you'd be able to get ~ $75.

I disagree, 50-60 usd max now days. Eoc Accounts are to Common now days. Main reason is caws of the Dung level and pray level if u had 99-120 dung would be worth 75+
