    So you have to pay normall rs membership to even play the game?

    what if there will be a 5$ fee, im not going to pay for both when im not even going to play eoc...

    Great decision by Jagex to bump it up to the majority of the 500k mark benefits, even though we fell 50k votes short. At least the extra 200k votes didn't go to waste.

    No feelings hurt here. I'm happy with this outcome. I do like the idea of them letting us choose the updates and also not to many updates at once go in every week.
