How do i start?

Basically haven't played this game in ages and am wanting to create a new account, but membership and play 07

but.. do i need to do the new tutorial? im making a new account but really cant be bothered to do it

If you mean you're making a new eoc account to make a new 07 account. I'm sure you can skip the tutorial in the task section or something.

If you mean is the eoc tutorial part of 07. Then no.
