Looking for serious web developer

I'm currently looking to work with someone on developing a new website. I don't feel comfortable posting the full info online, I'll provide much more detail when we talk. Any language you can do the job in is fine. If you're interested on working on it with me, please post here with the following:

It's more complicated than the average website, but not terribly so. I don't wanna spend more than 10k USD on this, hoping for around 5-6k. I'd also consider giving equity in the venture in place of payment or in combination with it.
