Need Website Modification

I need a very simple website modification alongside with a very simple graphic design. I don't want to give away my specific site URL yet for obvious reasons, so let's just say it's http://datingadvice.com just as an example. I don't own that site, and nor am I affiliated with it. It's just being used as an example.

I own a dating advice website and it's being currently run on a Gazette theme (WordPress CMS). What I need is for the home page to display only two buttons that will re-direct to a different section of my site. One button for men, another for women. These two buttons are the only things I want displayed on my front page.

Afterwards, I need these buttons to re-direct to something like http://datingadvice.com/men and http://datingadvice.com/women. These two sections must be completely separate from each other. For example, if I were to upload an article for men, it will not appear in the women section. I want these two sections completely separate, but the two sections will still have the same lay-out which will look exactly like my current one. I will need some ad placement swapped out as well.

I must approve the button design beforehand though and you must be able to prove you have coding ability. I already have quotes from multiple professionals, but I'm just seeing if I can get a better price somewhere else. Also, if you aren't already decently reputed here, then unfortunately, I will not accept your offer. If you know what you're doing, this can probably be completed in 30-45mins maybe up to an hour max.

I don't know how to code at all whatsoever almost so unfortunately, doing it myself is not an option :/
