Best range gear

So... I posted on some guys thread asking the same question but with no prevail.

I was wondering, what is the best and 2nd best range armour for training?

I am using a zhatir bow or what ever it's called (the 100M bow) as that is the best.
But I'm just wondering about armour/cape/ring/ammy

 

Zartye Bow

The best range armour is Pernix, followed up by Armadyl. Wear Robin Hood & Ranger Boots if you don't have an arma helm. Royal C'bow and Dual CCB's are also good weapon setups.

 

armour: Pernix>Armadyl>Royal d'hide
cape: Ava's alerter
ring: Archers' ring (not entirely sure)
ammy: Saradomin's murmur>Amulet of ranging
boots: Glaiven boots

 

Is pernix body and chaps with robin and ranger boots ok?

 

^If you can afford go with glaivens over rangers, also robin isnt really that good for a head slot. Also archers ring (i) or onyx ring (i).

 

I can't seem to find these glaivens in the GE.. :/
How do I acquire them? (inb4 could have googled)
So I should use the Pernix helm?

Full pernix, Comp cape, Archers ring (i) Saradomins murmur and zartye bow.

 

Daaaaaang.... Pernix body alone has dropped 40M in 3 months..
Do you guys think it's even worth it at the moment?

Ok, so I finally have full pernix, murmur, zaryte and I had to use skill cape as I haven't done the quest for the alerter.

I was wondering, are the glaiven boots worth it even after the bonus of having full pernix?
They pernix boots are 22M which I currently own and the glaivens are only around 9m. But still on websites it says Glaiven > Pernix boots. Just wondering how they are better? And even if they are after the full pernix set bonus?
