I bought a rs account 1 month ago which had member, i even did get the email wich was registred/created with the account after 2 weeks RS07 Came out and i started playing like a no lifer recently i made 60 range 50 str 40 att all stats prety high have around 350k+ in cash

yesterday i tryed to loggin to the email he gave me it didnt work he got it back while i had email security and phone and owner-pc loggin

while he got it back he messaged rs that his account got hacked and rs locked my account and gave him the opportunity to reqover his account without email after 1 hour i had no access to my runescape account and his email was registred to the account

all my hard-work real life money ingame money evrything is gone

I was debating using an account I bought for 2007 but decided it simply wasn't worth the risk. Sucks man, I know how it feels..

Now i have experienced how it feels to get pretty much BSED for all hours you spended/wasted its not worth the risk at all.

 

All in all you lost about $100 and time.

If it makes you feel better, I bought an account of Sin666 (she didn't scam), I got up to 7.5B staking. Then down to about 2B, and back up to 6.5B where I was so relieved, I stopped there in case I lost it all and tried to sell it. Prior to me going down to 2B, and have 7.5B, the August 2012 dupe had leaks about a dupe going on. I was in a skype group, Grave and I were the only ones that had enough cash to dupe (required max cash). A friend then tells me on a separate convo to test it, for him, because he was interested in doing it. I didn't read their group convo. I tested it, confirmed it worked, and went back to my usual (staking). As I said earlier, I went down to 2B and back up. Went to bed, next morning I was banned. I along with about 20 other players. I paid over $300 for the account, got it to about 2380 total from about 2.3k. All because that friend insisted I tested it. I duped 5M at most, I emailed them and they insist I abused it too much, way more than just 5M.

tl;dr i lost 6.5B and an account owned by an ex admin worth around $400-500, all because I did a friend that favor. Back then GP was about .35, so about $3k lost, time and friends. Been waiting for Sin to be active again, as the account is locked. I was told accounts locked in the ban never gets unbanned, but maybe if it wasn't the original owner. 90% sure it's wiped though. She's been AWOL for almost a year. Keep in mind I've spent at least a $1.5k on GP which I lost staking, after double or tripling it. I thought I made it back finally, and I always thought good things never lasted with me.

 

Now that's a sad story ^ literally one of the unluckiest things ever

 

Protip: Never buy accounts. Every account I have ever bought has been recovered.

You fucked yourself in the ass... Don't bitch about it if you bought it.. #1 rule is to never buy rs accounts.
