Why you think they are ban evading:

I think that this person is evading because they are in a rush to sell their RS 07 GP and he/she asked for my personal bank email.

They are also a newcomer with some sythe knowledge that somebody with 6 posts would not normally have.

Lastly, the user has only 2 contacts on skype, as if he/she made a new skype acc just for this new sythe account.

 

Hmm, the IP check isn't coming back with any matches. Not to worry, I will keep a close eye on the account. Thanks for your time Deaf!
