Sniped RSN

Got told by Frenzy to post all the proof I had.
So basically I lost this name less than 2 months ago and recently found out it was being sold here.

So I bought this account around November of last year, got it P2P on November and was expected to transfer the name around Dec 20th. It got sniped and was then used as a hosting account in fc "Guess", few weeks later (now) the name got changed and already got sold.

In the topic above, the owner is claiming that he bought the account "few months ago" when the name on the new account barely has 2 months old.
Let me know if I need to provide more proof.

 

Can you prove that this guy sniped it himself and didn't buy it off of someone else?

 

I really can't tell that.
All I know is that the name was ranked in a FC named "Guess", less than a month later the name got RFT.
Also he said in a post that he had the name for months, the name only had weeks at that time.

 

He might have exaggerated the length of time that he had the account for. Not exactly a crime. If there's not solid proof that he was the one who sniped it, then there's nothing to ban him for
