This has like a 90% chance of your Xbox account getting banned or something like that. This is also scamming Microsoft.

 

It is not scamming MS. This is completely legal. They never updated a sweepstakes item and that is what is used. I have never been banned for this and have done it for over a year on 2 different accounts.
