A message for all of Humanity.

Watch this video. It is a message to ALL of humanity. I only want intelligent responses really no acting stupid or anything what are your thoughts on it? Does it not invoke any emotions out of you? For me i actually felt something watching this as the video goes on it makes you think... Do you agree with what was said? Don't agree? What did you think about it? Please i wanna hear your responses and share this video it is not mine. but it is an amazing clip, take 4 min out of your day to watch this and reply with a response.

 

I'll check it out and edit my reply with my response. Always intrigued to give my input on an intelligent subject. I feel like society lacks the ability to think outside the box these days, as they're too caught up in the glamorous lifestyle.

edit: words cant explain what that video made me feel. basically, everything he said is what i've thought for years and he put it in a video and brought it to life. we are all victims of society, and not only do we have to face our own demons inside us, but its now everyone for themselves.

 

He was such a wise man. His message will surely make people think of what they are capable of and achieve it. He also states the greed of people and that is something that will never disappear from humankind, the message he gave about the soldiers won't make them stop fighting either as they think they are helping their country by invading other countries for their resources and they are but in the process they are ruining the other countries and lives of innocent people.

edit: if any of you are wondering what movie the clip is from its a 1940's American comedy-drama film starring, written, produced, composed, and directed by Charlie Chaplin called , The Great Dictator

Chaplin's film advanced a stirring, controversial condemnation of Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini's fascism, antisemitism, and the Nazis, whom he excoriates in the film as "machine men, with machine minds and machine hearts".

its just a film depicting hitler but its really funny how he insults him

 

I have heard this before. Excellent speech. It was funny though because I rewatched it while loading the Runescape 07 thing and right after the movie stopped the old Runescape themesong started and it was perfect..

Yup, this video goes for human compassion for one another. Surprisingly he addresses the soldiers and their robot actions following whatever their superiors tell them.

It's definitely an ad for democratic party less or so for the republican party. Tying to get people to care and help out. It's a nice video. Maybe it will change something.

I remember the first time I stumbled upon this inspiring speech. I consider this by far as the best speech I have ever read.

 

Yeah ik! it actually is great this video was amazing because it took this awesome speech and added music in the back which just gave the speech more power and emotion while he was talking. I only found out about it because my history teacher showed me this movie in class where the speech is from and also a rapper named Vinnie paz took quotes from the speech in his song

 

That's because rappers feel the need to sample everything, from backing tracks to lyrics.

This was actually a fantastic video, thank-you for sharing. On a side note I've never actually heard Charlie Chaplin's voice before.

Words cannot describe I actually felt while watching that. It was such a good clip that basically sent chills up my spine. I agree with it 100%

 

i think that's really great! i've heard charlie chaplin was a comedian but i had no idea he had a political side too! and i love how it uses the soundtrack from Pearl Harbor, it's such moving music!
