Looking to start up a side business [need insight/advice]

    Hello everyone,
I am looking to start up a small personal side business. The needed startup funds are minimal (very cool concept compared to my past ideas) and i think my biggest issue will be acquiring customers and general interest into the services I want to provide.

I am looking to start a small jailbreaking business, with myself being the only employee. I have a very in depth knowledge of jailbreaking. I have jailbroken my own iOS devices (iPod touch 4-5 times while upgrading, iPhone 3 times while upgrading), and also other people's iOS devices (totaling 10+ times for person's other than myself). I am very comfortable with the various methods and programs used for jailbreaking. I have been doing this "hobby" on my own for around 3 years now and after a few friends (they were customers as well) complemented me on my jailbreak know-how and also how I help them understand what I am doing in plain man's terms without making them feel stupid, I now want to expand to where I can profit from my skills and knowledge and keep that core customer appreciation.

As far as how I plan to do my work, I have a laptop that I am going to dedicate to jailbreaking (since i have a custom-built desktop). Or at least there will be a Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit partition on the laptop for this along with a Linux partition, but that isn't a concern. Maybe a Grub boot screen might be a "holy shit this guy knows what he is doing" moment for the customer! :D I plan to complete all services at my college library since it has free WiFi and power plugs at all of the tables. Plus it is a public place and I think that will make the customer (and myself) feel a bit safer. And it establishes the notion that I am just another student/person the same as them, building up that customer relation factor!

Here is what I think I need before I start, please feel free to critique and add anything you want. All feedback is welcome:
    - at least two dependable public ways of spreading my business initially (currently going to be facebook and the college I go to has several bulletin boards throughout campus in very visible places)
    - a disclaimer stating that once I am successful in completing the jailbreak I am not liable for anything that happens from that point on or because of my actions; basically they waive their right to seek compensation for any problems or issues that may occur after my services are finished. I do have a rough draft of a disclaimer that I wrote.
    - flyers for the bulletin boards (can print all of them at the college library for free)
    - laptop (already talked about)
    - 2-3 apple Ipod/iphone/ipad transfer cables (for that moment where shit just doesn't go right)
    - transportation to the college in case I can't complete the jailbreak during the time I already spend there (outside of classes, of course!)
    - Communication means between myself and customers (through messaging on facebook since I intend to set up a page specifically for my business). Is giving out my cell number needed? I have a feeling that would bite me in the ass more times than I want to think about.
    - Patience
    - Determination and the will to persevere

Prices will be standardized based on the number of devices, the age (newer or older), and what services are wanted (basic jailbreak no set up, jailbreak with basic set up, jailbreak with advanced set up and package installation, etc. )
These are my current pricing ideas:
Tier 1: once jailbreak completes services are done
-$20 per jailbreak of iphone that's running somewhat relevant iOS to the phone model
-$15 per jailbreak of any ipod touch
Tier 2: once jailbreak completes I will add sources list and essential packages
-$25 for iphone jailbreak with basic source and package setup (beyond what comes with jailbreak, manual labor if you will haha :p )
-$20 for ipod touch (same services as $25 iphone)
Tier 3: everything you would want...
$30* for iphone $25 + installing games/themes/tweaks that the customer previously requested and I have brought with me (or something of that sense)
$30* for ipod touch same as iphone $30 (at some point the prices have to meet because the work being done at this point is equal)
*Tier 3 prices can rise higher depending on what is requested
I've also seen postings on craigslist and various other social media listing $30+ (up to $50) for just a jailbreak. Am I aiming too low? I think that starting low and then building up is the best way, but correct me if I am wrong.

That is it for now. Thank you for reading! Any questions or comments or feedback are welcome!

**If there is anyone with some legal knowledge, especially in regards to legal documents, I would really appreciate some help with working on my disclaimer. Depending on what you can offer I may be able to provide a small amount of compensation for your much needed help.**

Any college kid with a iPhone would pretty much know how to Jail Break their device with a quick YouTube search and about 20 minutes of their time. I don't see this working for you mate, plus those prices are pretty crazy.

This. You need to come up with some unique ideas not used by many others.
