Anyone got a list for the best order to do quests from starting on lvl 3?

Cook's Assistant - cook exp
Doric's Quest - mining exp
Druidic Ritual - herb exp
Goblin Diplomacy - crafting exp
The Knight's Sword - smithing exp
The Restless Ghost - prayer exp
Romeo & Juliet - easy and 5 qp
Rune Mysteries - access to mining essence
Sheep Shearer - crafting exp
Witch's Potion - magic exp
Imp Catcher - magic exp
Waterfall Quest - attack/strength exp
