Becoming member now and access to 07 server?

If I become a member at this moment and then vote will I be allowed on the 07 server? I've been told 2 different things and would like to thoroughly know the real answer.

So, im assuming I can.. but just want a clarification on this.

 

I think any time before March 1st and it'll let you play the trial. Don't quote me on it. I applied membership and voted about 10 minutes before launch and I got in. Might as well try.

I'm pretty sure you can, yes. I believe I read a mods post confirming it, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Essentially Jagex is selling early access to the game, so go for it if you want to play.

 

i have made an account, put on membership today and voted today and ive been put in the game and im playing so i guess so yes.
