Beeson Graphics Scamming

Briefly explain the trade: Made a thread layout for him at a price of $15. He agreed to pay the next day but ignored me and possibly blocked me.
How they scammed: Hasn't payed for the layout.

He has not sent me any payment and is ignoring my pms/skype messages.

Posted a thread in SF about money troubles, so he may be a little short on cash but I'd like him to pay the full $15 for the layout.

Added him on skype, if he ignores me he will be BANNED.

 

Has agreed to pay for the layout after I return from school.
