(07 Servers: we are aware it may take some time before you can gain these
requirements. If you plan on getting these stats feel free to apply).

40 - 70 Attack
60 - 99 Strength
1 - 40 Defence
1 - 52 Pray
40 - 99 Magic
40 - 99 Range

Related to Sythe is a no-no, just saying.

Doesn't help in recruiting members, at least in the past, that might change, but who knows.

Then again, we don't know how strict Jagex will be in terms of "illegal" activities.
