Photoshop CS6 Animation help needed

So basically when you right click a video clip it in the timeline it should bring up the time the clip with an ability to scroll it down and the speed at which it is going (1%-400% with it being default at 100%) and the ability to scroll that up or down.

I have converted my video clip to a smart object so I was able to transform it (the zooming in on this)

and now when I right click it it does not bring up the time of clip/speed of clip.

Is there a way to convert the clip back to a regular object while retaining the transform and animation OR is there another way to change the time of clip/speed of clip?

As I told you earlier on Skype I haven't really had much experience with animation in PS but if I can say anything it's that the problem most likely has to do with converting it to a smart object which prevents said action you are trying to preform.

 

As I told you earlier on Skype I figured that out.

Hmm, Do you know how to split one clip into two at one point, so that say the clip is 8 seconds long and you wanted it split at 4 seconds, it would become 2 4 second clips? I haven't worked that one out yet.

 

Have you tried any kind of video editing software?

 

Currently I don't have any and my internet plan is reduced so I don't really have the means to obtain any this month.
