I can imagine that releasing the game before the poll is over will encourage users to get P2P for 07 at standard price and also vote.

 

Well it worked on me, i had no interest in voting, but looks like im getting p2p.

 

So when the say late friday night they mean uk time right? So like between 4-6 pm eastern us time?

No u can vote anytime after friday and be able to play. So if u vote saturday ur good, u can still play before it's open on the 30th or whatever the date is.

OT; I haven't played RuneScape in years but they are releasing it from where I actually played occasionally so it would be good to experience it again but I doubt it will bother.

haha dude i didn't literally mean i was prioritising the launch over my uni interview, i'm just saying it's inconvenient that i promised some of my mates that i'd spend the night with them. this is a big thing for me. a massive thing. i plan to get my YT account up and running as well - it would be awesome to get footage of the actual launch for that.

 

Well I'm going to go ahead and get the doctor on the phone because this erection is definitely lasting longer than 4 hours.....

I think it's early release friday and if you voted you can play friday I am not 100% sure though.

Ya, if u voted now, tomorrow (thursday), friday you can play ON friday. If you vote saturday, you can play saturday. basically the only way to play is if you vote, otherwise you gotta wait till the 30th if you don't wanna vote

Id like to explain, The current servers are for members only, if you vote (Which means you own membership time) you'll get the first month free the through the 22nd — 1 (march). So you can wait till the 28th and vote but you'll miss out on all the excitement and level 3 parades.
