So whats the actual Deal?

Like..Really are we all going to just drop out eoc characters and let all that hard work go to nothing?
I personally am still going to continue to indeed perfect my current account as i have spent a lot of money on membership over the years,
Therefore ive never bought an account becaue for some reason i dont feel happy about the fact that it isnt my thought and work that has been putting into it..But anywayss...

We will still all continue to use our main eoc accounts right? I dont want to be playing in a dead community<< Is that crazy

 

It's safe to assume the main game will suffer from all the players moving to 07 servers. I'll be one of them.

 

But do you not have a connection towards youre current RS character?
As in Spending time and not to mention money on it?

 

My RS characters are dead on the current servers. This is one of them:

 

I'm more than willing to completely ditch the character i've had since 04 to start on the 07 servers again. Regardless of the time put in, I'd rather put more time in, enjoy said time, and feel the nostalgia while hitting milestones that actually matter.

Getting a 99 now-a-days is boring and feels like a simple grind. Back then it was blood sweat and tears. Getting a firecape meant something. Having barrows armor was cool. I shat bricks when I made my first mil.

 

Of course I'm just going to drop my main level 200 just like I did when EoC came out. I'm not going to play a game I don't enjoy just because I spent time on a character.

I honestly never even gave the eoc a chance. I have no idea how the combat works or anything about the new items, nothing. Just didn't seem worth my time since pking is dead.

 

This sums up my perspective.

 

I'll be staying at EoC, one of the few. Keeping it real, change can be good. I'd lol if they put in this accelerated xp they're talking about and everyone came back to EoC.

 

Fuck the EOC it's not even runescape people don't even call it runescape its a different game

 

hopefully we get copies of our accounts in the 2007 servers would be nice so i dont need to do all those boring quests, useless combat trainings

I will never even think about playing this crap EOC once 07 comes back. Jagex might as well just do us all a favor and shut it down now.

 

why the fuck should I play that stupid & failed eoc crap, when I have my 2007 runescape? I'll be happy to ditch my char which is lvl 199 and i would so love to get to 126 in a real old rs. :3

EoC is not RuneScape, not in my mind.

On a side note, who the hell types in the non default font.

 

I have a connection with my characters name. Stats can be re-gotten. I miss the old game and will gladly spend the time re-doing everything I did when I 13.

 

I Only use the main game for buying and selling gold but I personally will be moving to 07 scape to actually play.

 

I'm sticking with both. Pre-dominantly EoC though
