Integrate, you aren't allowed to modify the sig I made for you. Please use the image I provided you or at least quit using this modified sig.

 

How is that? I just changed a couple things, there is no rule on the graphic store as this was a free signature too

 

See that little logo in the right of the "I"? That means I have the rights over the sig, because I made it. You can't use my logo in something I don't agree you to use, nor remove my logo from something I made, because it's ripping (and, as opposite to what you say, we actually have very strict rules about ripping here on Sythe).

Just because I made the sig for you to use, this don't means I give you all the rights of use for it. Specially if it's a free sig (again, as opposite to what you say).


This is the last time I ask you: please use the image I provided you or quit using this modified sig. If you don't, I'll contact a graphics moderator to solve our problem and get you infracted for ripping.

 

I have already contacted 2 moderators, and this isnt ripping because no1 can even notice the "project 06 gold" in the signature you made, you might even done it on purpose for the previous posts above, I can either remove the logo. I have read the rules very clearly and none apply for this, if you're giving away free signatures then you should have known the rules because its different for paid ones

Integrate, I will ask moon to take a look here. There's something very wrong if you can make a poor edit without my permission in something I made and using my logo. And as I said, I don't give you full permission, I only allow you to use that sig I made. It's not like because the sig have your name that you can claim it as being totally yours lol (we call this "intelectual property").

I should know you aren't reliable, since you ask for graphics on every single free gfx thread you can find. But I am not going ahead and having a headache with this. I just have too much work to do to have time for waste with an arrogant kid.

Not trying to be a smartass, but you're really wrong there. I'm not giving the signatures themselves, but the rights to use them (otherwise I wouldn't put my logo on them). This is why I asked moon to help us solving this, he has been a gfx designer for a long time now and will surely know what to do here.

 

It's really non of my business but can't help to share my opinion.

Integrate, This guy is spending time of his in a signature you requested for FREE. He could of spend his time on payed work. And you're going to just take his work. (Poorly) Edit it, then just ignore what he's asking you nicely?

Moonglare when you get the chance to review this I really hope you the right thing which you usually do. I'd say stop using the edited signature or restrain him from using any.

As I get further in to writing this I really start to realize I'm just spamming your thread but as I already said. I can't help it. You're spending free time to help out others with amazing graphics. And I can't stand people taking advantage of that. ( If this bugs your thread just request an removal ). You can report the post and say it's spam.

Integrate: Indeed Detroit's sig is pretty cool, but I don't made him that sig . He's a gfx designer (and a great one). And as I said to you by PM, the fact that I'm acting like an immature kid won't make your "arguments" be valid. I'm really pissed off, and this is why I'm being way more aggresive than the usual.

Is this enough to remove the sig? I know I'm getting more mad than I was supposed to, but it really pisses me off when these things happen.
