They should give them out to accounts created from 2001-2007.

 

That would suck as the majority of people from then have new accounts.

 

I don't think rares will ever be introduced in the 2007 servers though. Jagex didn't intend for holiday drops to be tradable and its just a slight mismanagement when they made rares tradable.

 

Seriously? I thought that was the intention from the beginning.

 

Orginally They weren't even suppose to be tradeable so it wouldn't suprise me if jagex doesn't implement them at all.

 

I hope they just allow you to transfer them to 07 from Eoc-scape, and I don't even have any. if they put more in the game it devalues them. That would be the only way to ensure their value that I see. Let's get real anyways, eoc is going to die and those rares will go to waste lol..

 

Its confirmed there will be no link between eoc and the 07 servers.

 

I think they should be randomly dropped when you kill a monster. The higher the monster, the better the chances. Only a certain number of course.

 

I just thought, a way to do it would be to drop the via party room once every hour for the first month of the game.

 

Hopefully, they wont be implement it in to the game. But if, I hope they wont skyrocket in price.
